About Me

I am a launch & scale leader helping mission-driven tech and STEM teams turn complex systems into clear strategy, go-to-market plans, and practical operations.

I have a very broad skillset garnered by a wonderful sales, marketing and operations career with the top players in their verticals. Whether leading a tech R&D lab, preparing Senate testimony, or mindmapping the next ecosystem, the "why" is as important to me as the job at hand.  I’ve spent my career in complex commercial systems like publishing/media, encryption & security tech, identity tech, and fintech, and I've also had a hand in developing civic infrastructure on the state & local, Federal and global stage. The common thread is helping leaders translate important technologies and solutions into outcomes that matter for people at scale.


It's not about the size; it's about the impact, and what I like to call "Mighty Missions".

I work at three levels:

  • Strategy — where you’re going, what you’re building, and why it matters.
  • Story — how you explain it to boards, customers, partners, and regulators.
  • Systems — the plans, playbooks, and people needed to execute repeatedly.

This mix lets me move between board rooms, product teams, finance, sales, and the growth engine of marketing, operations, and workforce development.

My Work

I build and scale businesses at the intersection of digital identity, fintech, and public–private infrastructure. Over my career I’ve led strategy, product, and go-to-market for organizations modernizing how people prove who they are, move through the world, and access critical services.

I tend to get called in when the stakes are high: new platforms that need to get to market fast, distressed lines of business that need to be turned around, or complex ecosystems where governments, banks, and technology partners all have to move in the same direction. Along the way, I’ve led teams across product, operations, and marketing; designed new business models; helped unlock meaningful public funding; and built IP portfolios that create durable enterprise value.

 

Some of the things I’ve led

  • Led the strategy, definition, and launch of a new B2B/B2C digital identity authentication solution, taking it from concept to market in under 18 months by aligning product, technology, partners, and go-to-market.
  • Architected and ran a grants and special-projects engine that secured $55M+ in funding across 32 states, unlocking more than $200M in project revenue for DMV and Real ID modernization.
  • Turned around a distressed business that was slated for shutdown, growing revenue by 300% at ~35% net margin and positioning it for a successful sale at a 3x valuation.
  • Designed and implemented a modular product and delivery strategy that cut implementation costs and lifted margins by double digits in year one, with additional gains the following year.
  • Expanded secure digital identity offerings into African markets by forging public–private partnerships with national governments and global development finance institutions for national ID, driver license, and voter ID programs.
  • Invented and co-invented multiple patents in digital identity, security ecosystems, tokenization, and customer experience, along with a portfolio of enterprise trade-secrets and tradecraft .
